Contents of Training
To get a fuller understanding of what it is that I teach and the goals of the training have a look at the articles and video section of this website.
The format and content of the training is always adapted to the needs of the individual student.
Sessions will almost always include strength, flexibility and structural work. Depending on the needs and wants of the student we will also cover balance work, coordination training and specific movement patterns. Nutritional guidance can be included as a part of the training.
I am based in Curitiba, Paraná, Brazil.
